I introduced my parents to Carhop's Subshop, and never had ANY problems with Lee making my hoagies till lately. We ordered $sixty five bucks worth of food, which used to be a repeat order of what we ordered Tuesday. Simplicities of no onion, sauce on side, and so forth. Today,...we cross in, some "chick" kept pronouncing "I got it", that means our order was once proper, to get house and we were disenchanted, because, it was no longer. I call to explain and was lead right into a debate over the order was once made "right" and I was no longer being "CIVILIZED?? Which was truly taking the situation in another direction!! You know what I mean 🙄....Anyhow, My Mom and I took the food back to show the food was wrong, and was greeted with the same RUDENESS that was presented on the phone and the demeanor like we were trying to get FREE food. We were advised, we could get 1 hoagie made over??? We ordered 3 @ -19 a piece??Customer Service was unsatisfactory and you would think in these times of adversity, it would matter?? Especially with trying to support the "Mom and Pop" kind eating places, but let the truth learn, I will be able to get a hoagie from Rudy's, Peppi's, the list is lengthy...Quit Playn!!!More
