Babies 'r Us has further limited their return policy. They will NOT take anything else again without a receipt. They will not even allow an trade. Babies R Us return policy is absurd. I took my daughter in regulation to return some items she had recieved from her baby bathe. She was searching for a store credit score to buy new items. All of the items she used to be returning have been of their orginal packaging/ and tags. Even the garments were nonetheless on the Babies R Us hangers. The customer support division is very impolite. Will now not return any item in its authentic packaging accompanied with the receipt whether it is after Ninety days. Aftering registering at Babies R Us I received a number of duplicate items. And there's no Babies R Us within a 35 mile ratios of my house. So, sadly, I was not able to return among the pieces till several months after my baby shower and the shop supervisor informed me that they wouldn't return/alternate the items (with the receipt). I am so frustated with Babies R Us I will be able to acquire all my baby pieces from Target or Walmart...both of that have a more forgiving return policy.
